Job

How to post a job ?

Web:

  • Go to ‘Manage Jobs
  • Click on ‘Create Job’ button on the top right corner 
  • Fill in all the relevant information regarding the job 

App:

  • At the bottom navigation bar, navigate to the ‘Talents’ page > tap on ‘+’ icon at the top right, you will land on ‘Job Management’ page
  • Tap on ‘Post a new job’ at the bottom
  • Fill in all the relevant information regarding the job
Why is my job still pending?

It will take about 1-3 working days to get your job approved. If your job is still pending after 3 days, do write in to us to get it checked.

*If you have edited your job which is active, your job will be moved to ‘pending’ status and will take about 1-3 working days to get your job approved again.

How do I edit /close job post

Web:

  • From the left navigation bar, click on the ‘Manage Jobs’ tab. You will see a list of jobs posted on this page. 
  • Under ‘Actions’ column:
    To edit a job: click on the edit button (pencil icon).
    To close job: click on the cross button (rounded icon with a cross) 

App:

  • At the bottom navigation bar, navigate to the ‘Talents’ page > tap on ‘+’ icon at the top right, you will land on ‘Job Management’ page
  • Tap into any of the active jobs, at the bottom, select ‘edit’ / ‘close’.

Note: Upon editing your job, your job will be moved to ‘Pending’ again, and will take about 1-3 working days to get your job approved again.

I am urgently hiring for a role / How do I get more attention to my job ?

There are a number of ways you can get more attention to your job and fill your role faster. 

  1. You can go to the recommended talents section to initiate a chat with talents. Immediately invite the suitable talent for an interview and get your role filled in as fast as one day.
  2. Choose an accurate job function for the job you posted. The more accurate the job function you have selected, the more accurate the talents you will be recommended to. 
  3. Increase your response rate. Your response rate will be displayed to all talents. A higher response rate will attract more talents to apply for your job and get your role filled faster. 
  4. Offer competitive salaries to talents based on the current market rate. Jobs that have competitive salaries attract more talent to apply.
  5. Mark your job as an urgent/featured job and get extra attention (up to 5 times more job views and 3 times more talents) for 3 days.
  6. Lastly, update your personal name card and company information. Provide as much description about your company as possible. Talents are more inclined to apply to a company that is trustworthy. 
Where do I see my talents’ resume?

Web: 

  1. You can find all your talents’ resumes in the ‘My Resumes’ tab on your left navigation bar. 

    All resumes that you have received from your talents will automatically be added to the ‘My Resumes’.
  2. Through a specific chat room with your talents. Click on ‘Attachment’ at the top section.

App: 

You can request a resume from the talent in chat, or you can agree to a resume request sent by the talent. Tap the talent profile picture, you will be able to view both their profile and resume attachment

I want to discuss another job with the talent / How do I switch the job in discussion with the talent?

Web: 

  • Go to your chat room with the talent. Below the talent’s profile, click on the job title stated for the ‘Job Position’. 
  • A pop-up will appear and you may select a different job to discuss with the talent.

App:

  • At the bottom of the chat, tap on the rounded ‘+’ icon > Exchange Job. You may then select a different job you would like to discuss with the talent.

Company

Why can’t I verify my company profile?

We will include the reason for the verification failure when your company verification has failed. You may resubmit the documents for verification again after you have amended the details accordingly.

Why can’t I join a company?

There are 2 reasons why you are not able to join a company:

  1. The company has not been verified yet. 
  2. The administrator rejected your request to join the company.

Check with your company admin to ensure they have gotten your company verified/talk to them to accept your join request.

How to change my company’s information?

Web:

On your left navigation bar, click on Settings > Account. You may update information about your company here. Do note that you will need to have administration access in order to edit certain information about your company.

App:

At the bottom navigation bar, navigate to the ‘menu’ page > Company Info. You may update information about your company here. Do note that you will need to have administration access in order to edit certain information about your company.

How do I assign someone else as the admin of the company?

Web:

On your left navigation bar, click on Settings > Company Settings. Under ‘Company Settings’ select the desired member you would like to pass the administration access to. 

App:

At the bottom navigation bar, navigate to the ‘menu’ page > Admin Console. Under ‘Team Members’ select the desired member you would like to pass the administration access to.

Why can’t I leave my company?

If you are the only member in the company, you will not be able to leave the company. 
Pass your administration access to another member in the company.

Can there be more than 1 company admin?

Yes, there can be more than 1 company administrator.

Why can’t I change certain information about the company?

That is likely because you did not have administration access to update the information. Ensure that you have administration access or contact your admin to edit the information for you.

How do I add more people into my organisation?

Unfortunately, we do not have any options to send an invitation to join your company at the moment. 

Instead, you may ask him/her to sign up for an account with us and join an existing company.

Talents

How do I search for talents?

Web: 

We recommend the most active and relevant talents for you. Go to Reco Talents to view the list of talents and initiate chat with those talents at no cost.

Otherwise, you can also search for talents in our database. On your left navigation bar, click on the ‘Search Talent’ tab.

You can search/filter talent based on talent’s current job title, current location, school name, job function, etc. 

App:

You can browse for talents on the ‘Talents’ tab. Talents will be recommended to you based on the job you have posted (ensure you have put in the right job function and details so that the talents recommended to you will be more precise). 

To help us improve our recommendation, click on ‘X’ of a specific talent card, and provide us the reason for irrelevance, and we will optimise our recommendation further for you.

Why am I not seeing talent’s resume in “My Resume”?

This happens because the talent has declined to send their resume to you. You may request talent to send their resume again in chat.

Chat

How do I invite talent for an interview ?
  • Go to the respective chat with talent whom you would like to schedule an interview with
  • Web: on the top right corner of the chat, click on the ‘Calendar’ icon.
  • App: on the top section of the chat, tap on the ‘Invite to Interview’ icon.
  • A popup will appear that will allow you to specify the interview details. Fill up the information and hit ‘Send’. Talent would then receive an interview invitation from you.
What happens when I select ‘Not suitable’ in chat?

When you select ‘Not suitable’ in chat, you will no longer receive notifications of incoming messages from the talent.  
Changed your mind after? You will be able to enable it again by clicking on ‘Undo’ at the bottom of the chat.

How do I improve my response rate?

Our response rate is computed based on the average time you have taken to respond to talents’ messages. Respond to talents’ messages as soon as possible to keep your response rate high. 

Tip: A higher response rate will attract more talents to apply for your job and get your role filled faster!

How do I add a customised greeting message to talents?

Web: 

  • On your left navigation bar, click on Settings > Account > Greeting Message. 
  • Click on the ‘Edit’ icon, and enter your desired message.

App:

  • At the bottom navigation bar, navigate to the ‘Menu’ page.  
  • On the top right corner, tap on ‘Settings’ icon > Greetings. 
  • Enter your desired message and tap on ‘Done’ at the top right.

Notifications

I would like to stop receiving career and hiring newsletters 

Web: 

On your left navigation bar, click on Settings > Account > Notification. Toggle the type of notification/newsletter you would like to receive/not receive.  

App:

At the bottom navigation bar, navigate to the ‘Menu’ page. On the top right corner, tap on ‘Settings’ icon > Notifications.  Toggle the type of notification/newsletter you would like to receive/not receive.
