Bossjob announces expansion into the Japanese market

PHILIPPINES, 24 July, 2023 – Bossjob, with its AI-powered and direct chat hiring model, officially announces expansion into the Japanese market. Bossjob aims to serve as the bridge of hiring and communications between the Japanese companies and the 2.9 million talents on its platform.

Bossjob grounds its strategy in Model Driven Development (MDD), by introducing online chat recruitment and relying on AI and Big Data to improve the job matching accuracy of B-end and C-end users, in other words, between companies and talents.

Following the recent announcement of global expansion in May 2023, Bossjob plans to expand into the Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Japan markets. At present, Japanese companies like Equinix, % Arabica and IPS Co. Ltd have already onboarded Bossjob. While expanding into the Japanese market, Bossjob will offer a limited-time free subscription service, allowing Japanese companies to gain access to the diverse pool of 2.9 million talents. Bossjob remains committed to enhancing the job search and hiring experience for both companies and talents.

In the fierce ‘talent war’, greater emphasis is placed on the quality and matching efficiency of talents from online recruitment platforms  – which presents a timely opportunity to expand Bossjob’s globalization strategy.

“The increased willingness of employers to hire talents from the Southeast Asia regions has seen an increased demand for Philippines talents, especially from companies in Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong” said Kiat, Bossjob’s co-founder and COO.
